We are looking to deliver timeless quality through classic practical designs.
Camino Real propose clients a number of villa designs from our award winning architects.
Alternatively, the client have the possibility of choosing other designs with the following conditions:
- All designs proposed by other architects must be approved by Camino Real’s preferred architects;
- No more than 25% of a development plot can developed (with a further 5% for outbuildings and swimming pools);
- No more than 30% of a property can exist on the first floor;
- A minimum of 75% of the property exterior must be exposed brickwork.
By imposing some basic construction parameters we can preserve the integrity of the scheme to ensure the enjoyment of our guests whilst minimising the impact of development on this beautiful site.
It takes approximately 12 to 24 months from the beginning of the design phase to completion of the building process.
There are 570 development plots available for sale averaging sizes between 2,000 and 2,500 sqm.
With the purchase of a plot, the contruction of a villa is compulsory.
There is a variety of plot sizes and locations on the site, please request more information for particular plots.
Camino Real is releasing packages (plot and villa development) at a discounted price, with limited availabillity.
- 100% payments will benefit of a discount.
- 50% Finace is available.
The option for financing is offered by the developer, subject to estatus. Finance conditions available under request.
